My name is Ken Wells, and together with my partner Jill, we own and operate Greater Purpose Home Inspections, LLC.

I started my career in the HVAC industry at the age of 18 and received my HVAC Journeyman’s license 4 years later. After more than 25 years in the construction industry designing and installing complete HVAC systems, furnaces, heat pumps, geothermal systems, water heaters, radon mitigation systems, fireplaces, plumbing, electrical, and framing, we made the decision to open our home inspection company.

I believe that preparation and knowledge are key components to being a qualified home inspector, and as such, I pursue multiple opportunities for continuing education each and every year. I am also recognized with the InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector and Certified Master Inspector designations!
